    Guidelines for Scientific Paper

  • The participants willing to present at the scientific sessions must be registered for the conference.
  • Paper submissions will be considered under Competitive category if interdisciplinary concept / theme is presented with preferably 3 authors (atleast 2 authors will also qualify).
  • However, single authors with or without interdisciplinary concept/theme may also submit abstracts hich will be considered under non-competitive category.
  • Colleges sending participants should consist of preferably 1 PG student each from the discipline of Prosthodontics, Endodontics and Periodontics. (Team of 2 or 3 students).Each participant will get separate certificate.
  • Any number of students can participate and submit their abstract for paper and poster.
  • Title of the paper should be typed in BOLD, name of authors and co-authors, followed by the abstract. (MS –WORD) (word limit 250 words.)
  • Scientific presentation: Powerpoint presentations only in. PPTX format. (WINDOWS - MS OFFICE, windows 2010 onwards ONLY, Windows XP format not encouraged).
  • The group requires selecting a complex case that would require an interdisciplinary treatment approach (preferable 3 disciplines or atleast 2 ).
  • The team has to examine, diagnose and provide a comprehensive treatment plan.
  • The findings should be supported by relevant records and photographs.
  • The aim of the team should be to present a treatment plan, based on the findings, proper record and analysis of the related literature, illustrated by photographs of the case.
  • The case should preferably be completed with atleast 6-months follow up to be eligible for competitive category.
  • Incomplete or ongoing case can be presented , but will not be considered for competitive category.
  • The presentation time is of 8 minutes and 2 minutes for discussion.
  • Evaluation will be done on the basis of the complexity of the case, the method and clarity of presentation of findings, records and the treatment plan.
  • During presentation , Do not mention name of author/co-author or college in the slide . A unique paper ID will be given that has to be mentioned on first slide before presentation.
  • Last date for abstract submission is 15th July 2019.
  • All abstract should be uploaded online under the category “E-PAPER abstract submission“ page on the website.
  • Accepted papers should be submitted via email to paperisprp19@gmail.com before 20th July 2019.
  • Approval of abstracts and time of presentation, decided by the scientific committee will be final. Change in schedule of presentation will not be encouraged.
  • Above criteria applies for delegates also, except the presenter could be individual (Maximum 3 papers per college).

  • Guidelines for E–Poster Presentation

  • The poster should be a single / multiple presentation slide of treated complex cases, which required an interdisciplinary approach.
  • Presentation slides (LANDSCAPE) should be set to this size, which is a 16:9 ratio at 1080 p resolution (1920x1080 pixels).
  • Minimum Font size suggested is 20-24 (for references 16 size).
  • The size of the slide can be edited by selecting “design” from main edit menu, and select “page set up” and select slide sized for “on-screen show (16:9)”. Also keep orientation - Landscape
  • NO video clips or animations to be incorporated.
  • Do not mention name of author/co-author or college in the slide. A unique poster ID will be given that has to be mentioned.
  • Time for poster presentation is 5 minutes + 2 minutes
  • All the authors should be present during poster presentation.
  • Best 3 posters will be awarded.
  • Last date for abstract submission is 15th July 2019.
  • All abstract should be uploaded in the abstract submission under the category “E-POSTER” on the website.
  • Accepted posters should be submitted to the posterisprp19@gmail.com before 20th July 2019.
