The Departments of Conservative Dentistry and Endodontics, Prosthodontics, and Periodontics at PMS College of Dental Science and Research, Kerala, successfully hosted the 2nd National ISPRP Undergraduate Convention on December 12th -13th, 2024 With the theme “Engage, Elevate, Excel,” the convention emphasized fostering innovation, interdisciplinary collaboration, and academic excellence in dentistry. The event attracted over 600 delegates from across the country and was inaugurated by the Honorable Minister for Food and Civil Supplies kerala , Shri G. R. Anil. The academic sessions featured seven expert-led lectures and a panel discussion on Interdisciplinary dentistry case management . The scientific forum showcased over 150 poster and paper presentations, enabling students and professionals to share cutting-edge research and innovative ideas. Interactive events, including table clinics, dental arts, and a quiz competition, encouraged active participation and skill enhancement. A trade fair highlighted the latest advancements in dental materials and technology, while a theme-based banquet offered networking opportunities in a celebratory setting. Delegates also enjoyed curated tour packages, exploring Kerala’s cultural heritage and natural beauty. The convention achieved its mission of engaging students, elevating academic standards, and promoting professional growth, setting a benchmark for excellence in dentistry.
