    Guidelines/Information for delegates desirous of Registration for Pre-Convention Courses

  • All pre-convention courses will be held on 15th Feb 2018
  • Registration will be on 'first-come-first-registered' basis.
  • Last date for Registration for all pre-convention courses is 25th Jan 2018
  • All registrations for pre-Convention courses will be 'Provisional', subject to the number of registrations for a course meeting the 'Minimum Quorum' criterion, on or before last date.
  • Minimum quorum for a course to be confirmed is 40% of projected intake (e.g. 16 for course capacity of 40 and 8 for course capacity of 20). If this registration mark for any course is not achieved by last date, the said course will automatically stand cancelled and fees paid will be refunded in full.
  • Contact details (phone and email) of 'faculty co-ordinator' are available along with course details. Delegates may contact 'faculty co-ordinator' regarding any queries before or after registration for the course.
  • There is a no-refund policy if course registered delegates wish to cancel their registration.
