    Scientific Paper and Poster Presentation - General Guidelines

  • Only registered delegates and IDA members are eligible for presentation
  • All Co-Authors should be registered delegates
  • Abstract should not contain more than 250 words
  • The abstract has to be submitted to the conference website 51ksdc.com using your conference registration number. Only e-submission of abstract is accepted
  • The last date for abstract submission is November 05th 2018
  • Acceptance shall be notified by email or by website
  • Each registered delegate can submit only one scientific abstract.

  • There will be two categories: Competitive Category and Non-Competitive Category
  • There will be separate sessions for PG, UG and Faculty/Practitioners
  • The time for Competitive category shall be 8 + 2 minutes and for Non-Competitive Category 7 + 1 minute
  • Maximum No. of Co-Authors allowed is 2.
  • Final Presentation should be in MS PowerPoint (ppt/pptx)
  • Competitive Category Final Presentation
  • Final complete presentation has to be sent by mail to milan19ppt@gmail.com
  • Last Date to send the Final complete presentation is November 30th 2018.
  • Only one certificate will be issued for paper presentation, Certificate will be given only for presenting Author

    • Scientific Poster Guidelines

  • Only E-Posters are accepted
  • Maximum of only two certificates will be issued for each Poster.
  • The Poster should be in landscape mode with 4:3 ratio.
  • The format for poster should be jpeg/jpg (high resolution)
